  • The ABA Barre Method is grounded in biomechanics, exercise science and evidence-based practice. Our curriculum is reviewed against current research to support safe, effective movement.

  • Our training develops confident instructors and future leaders, with a focus on clear cueing, purposeful sequencing and client-centred teaching.

  • We train complete educators who combine physical precision with mindful expression, resilience and artistry.

  • We offer a shared language and standard for barre professionals worldwide. ABA connects instructors with an international network of studios and peers.
